Love the socks and everything yellow you've got going on there. Isabelle's the bomb, huh? She is one of the sweetest people I have EVER met, and we have only "met" through blogs and emails. She is the only Christian in her family. You can pray for her--and them. My kids thought I was becoming obsessed for taking pictures of all things yellow and orange. I keep saying, "It's for Project Spectrum. The idea is to really become aware of the color around you." I find it's like grace; if you look for it, you will see it.
Also, if you look for the bad, you will see it. Great spiritual lesson for me!
Oh oh, Zo - I am not the Isabelle Bea is talking about! LOL :)
But I love what that other Isabelle sent you, Bea - and I wish I could knit like you and whip up those cute socks like you did! Beautiful picture! :)
Have a blessed day in your beautiful NC :)
Oh I love that particular shade of yellow! Lovely socks!
I've recently attempted to knit a pair of socks but I have yet to master holding onto three or four DP needles. I have crocheted socks, though and they turn out okay, but kinda nubby.
Thanks for visiting and leaving a comment. Glad to meet another Sister in Christ!
Hugs,
Sorry to the Isabelle who sent the yellow yarn. Generous gift-giving obviously goes with the name! Isabelle in France must send out a gift a week to parts of the world near and far. I just assumed Bea was getting a dose of her kindness this time! Anyway, love the yellow!
I am so glad you like the yarn, Betty! Great socks!
I was finally able to suscribe to your blog so from now on, I will never be late answering you again! LOL
Happy Yellow/Orange month! :)
{{{HUGS}}} Isabelle (the sweet one... LOL)
Your lovely yellow socks inspired me so I knitted some in green, lol.
My first pair even finished..and halfway thru a stripey pair too!
Knit on!
